TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my services (art and design), you acknowledge and agree with the following conditions stated in these terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS

• Payment must be made via PayPal invoice upfront, and it must be in USD. You can also pay through Wise (and it is preferred) in USD or Euros. No other currencies will be accepted unless previous agreement.
• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
• If you want a faster delivery, an additional payment equal to 50% of the total price will be requested.
• Modifications asked to be made after you have approved the sketch/lineart will have an extra cost.
• I provide a maximum of 3 free modifications per sketch. Please, try to be specific with what you want me to draw.
• All mistakes made by me will be corrected with no extra charging as many times as necessary.
• You, as the customer, cannot claim the artwork as yours. Credits to the artist must be given and reselling the commission is prohibited unless previous agreement. No recoloring, tracing or editing is allowed either, unless previous agreement.
• Feeding the commission or screenshots to AI is prohibited. (Midjourney, Dall-E, etc)

2. PAYMENT

• Currency accepted is USD or Euros through PayPal or Wise. (Wise preferred)
• Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
• Don’t send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.
• Payment is done via invoice.
• I will not start working unless I have received the payment in advance.
• I do not work for free or without a set payment. I do not accept profit percentages, other currencies besides the ones listed above, or “exposure” either.

3. COMMERCIAL USE

All commissions are provided with a Personal license by default.

If you want to use your commission for commercial uses, please let me know when you order. You will be charged with a 60% fee of the total price.
*Does not apply to Twitch commissions, since these already include the fee in the base price.

4. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 5 further below for more info on refunds)
• While I’m working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you. You can also request previews and screenshots.
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as posible.

5. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once the commission was paid.
• If for any reason I am unable to start or continue with your commission you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
