How To Order

1. Choosing the commission type

Choose which type of commission you want and define what you would like to order. (Character(s), pose, expression, etc).

2. Read my TOS (IMPORTANT)

Read my Terms of Service. In there, I detail everything about my commission workflow and conditions to work with me.

It is very important, as once started the commission, you have agreed to those terms!

3. Prepare your reference images for your character(s).

Extra references like pose or expression images are appreciated and helps me understand better the concept. I accept:

• Colored reference sheets
• Illustrations
• Game screenshots (i.e: Sims, Roblox)
• VTuber model screenshots (Live2D, VRoid or just pngs)
• Picrews
• Drawings made by you (even if it’s stick drawings or you’re not an artist. Everything helps!)

I don’t accept:

• Text only descriptions
• AI art

Don’t worry if you send a lot of images! The more references you send, the better I will understand the concept you are looking for.

4. Order your commission

Fill the form under the desired commission page. Or order your commission through VGen.

5. Contact

In case you filled the form, I will contact you on Discord. Please keep in mind that all communication is done through Discord. Make sure you have friend requests open or you have joined my discord server.

In case you ordered through VGen, the website has its own messages system, so I’ll be contacting you over there.

6. We will discuss the details of your commission

I will make sure to discuss the proposal with you, as well as the pricing.

7. Payment

I will start working as soon as I receive the payment.

Commission Process

1. Details
   We discuss about the commission, this includes:
   – poses
   – colors
   – references
   
   Please try to be as specific as possible, as it is crucial for the sketch. These are really useful:
   – drawings (doesn’t matter your art skills)
   – irl pictures
   – 3d models renders
   – and more! just ask me 🙂
   
   Otherwise if not specified, I may take artistic freedom on your commission.
2. Payment
   An invoice is sent. After it went through, the commission begins. From this point, refunds are no longer available unless I can’t continue with your commission.
3. Sketch
   I work on the sketch. The sketch is always sent to the client to verify if modifications need to be made, since the sketch is a representation of what the final result will look like.
   
   Sketches have a maximum of 3 revisions. After that, every modification will cost an extra fee.
4. Lineart
   (Can be requested by the client anytime)
5. Base color
   (Can be requested by the client anytime)
6. Shading
7. Editing

Throughout these steps, you may request extra screenshots and upgrades to check how your commission is going.

Also please note that I don’t work on commissions on the weekends, on these days I take time to rest!
